The hotel offers lovely rooms and a wonderful dining experience, but the room size could be disappointing. The service is exceptional, and the location provides stunning views but parking may be a slight issue.

Rooms

The rooms were lovely but terribly small even after opting for larger ones. Not enough space for two people to get ready.
Service

The staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. The service extended till late hours.

The hotel was just not worth the £150 in my opinion. The rooms had no view, were very dark with the blinds shut, and felt a bit tired-looking, although they were still lovely. We had good air conditioning and heating if needed, and a small fridge in the room; however, it seemed that the room had not been double-checked as we found a half-drunk can of soda in an empty bar fridge.

Service

The reopening with a whole suite of new staff was noticeable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with car parking as they blocked our car despite displaying my blue badge for disabled parking. Also, there was some loud noise early in the morning from downstairs.
Location
8.0
The location is really close to the high street for convenience, and the views from the restaurant and bedrooms are beautiful. However, there were issues with not being informed about a deposit for damages, which left us with less spending money.
Dining
6.0
The food was delicious, but there were some service issues, including running out of food, slow service, and subpar coffee. The cost for the meal was relatively high at £65 for two.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with cooked fresh food by the chef. However, there were some issues like running out of food, slow service, and an additional charge of £50 deposit that was unexpected.

The hotel has a great location, fantastic for the seafront and town center, but lacks in room design and cleanliness. The service is a mix of extremely friendly and helpful staff but also slow and rude encounters. The dining experience can be rushed with limited options available. The overall value for money may vary depending on your priorities.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were badly designed, leading to flooding issues during showers and visible mold due to poor maintenance.
Service
7.0
The staff were a mix of extremely friendly and helpful individuals but some encounters were marred by rudeness and slow service.
Location
8.0
The best thing about this hotel is its location, fantastic for the seafront and town center but disappointing additional charges for parking.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience may feel rushed, with limited options available and delays in service.
Facilities
6.0
Some facilities can be improved to match the hotel's location, such as better room maintenance and dining experience.
